CIC isn't same of Telco

Hi,
 the configuration below should be OK except for:
> cicbeginswith=1
> networkindicator=national
> sigchan=108
> channel=94-107,110-124

should probably became

cicbeginswith=1
networkindicator=national
channel=94-107
cicbeginswith=17
channel=110-124
sigchan=108

so you can skip CIC 16 too

and you may also try to move the sigchan definitions at the end

are you sure the defaultdpc is different for each linkset and not just the
adjpointcode?
