Enable ss7 debug on the linkset, place a call, keep it up, and use core 
show channels / core show channel + ss7 debug to see which channel is 
getting the actual audio. Have the telco engineer on the phone at the 
same time, and ask what CIC# request they see on their side.

Make sure this is not a SIP / codec issue as well ;)
