Can you check for alarms on your E1? I think exception 4 and 6 may be yellow alarms. Check with dahdi_scan or dahdi_tool if an alarm triggered on your E1. You may need to troubleshoot with your telco to see whats up. Perhaps a loose end, or bad cabling?
