Can't Block CIC No "circuit group blocking acknowledge" from peer

Hi Grzegorz,

with some of the early blue book ISUP SS7 stacks we used BLO/BLA messages to
block individual CICs, which takes longer when blocking a range, of course.
Could you use this technique now if CGB is failing?
