first time SS7 installation

if you don't see any ss7 commands in the asterisk then the zaptel
channel driver failed to load for any number reasons.

To know exactly why it failed try starting asterisk by hand with full debugging
e.g.
asterisk -gcvvvvddddd

and scroll up until you see chan_zap in the startup output
