Asterisk not passing the hangup

Hi,

Call Scenario SIP -> Asterisk/SS7 -> PSTN.

When I make a call if the called party hangs up some times Asterisk passed it along. Other times Asterisk does not pass it and here is the output below. It seems that the issue is with the last 5 lines.
