SS7 Whitebook?

libss7 has the following parameters you can set which I never tinkered with
but here is what I have:

ss7_called_nai=dynamic
ss7_calling_nai=dynamic
There are asterisk variables that are mapped to SS7 parameters.  See the
README file for those.
