libss7-ss7cluster asterisk problem

Try it,

I have 20 E1 cluster on asterisk with a single DPC (yes Gustavo, I am
breaking Q.704) and it's working somewhat ok, 6 are currently blocked
because of strange states on CICs but I guess I could look into chan_ss7
1.4 instead...
