No SLTA received within Q.707 timer T1, trying again on link 'l1'.

Hi,

I know that there are some hardware that have trouble with dealing  
SLTM/SLTA; disabling it is only useful in these cases. You should  
first check the SLC on both sides as suggested by Gustavo Marsico.
As I see, there is no "sls => X" in your link definition. Try to put  
it with the SLC number given by your telco.
