Asterisk, Taqua T7000, and you guessed it, SS7

Not at my desk to do some copy/paste of chan_dahdi.conf, but I suspect
it is ignoring the 'slc' parameter.  After reloading Asterisk still
insists on using SLC of 0.  I'm going to play a little more to see
what I can put in.
