Voice is not coming in Outbound Isup Call

You need to be sure first the CIC mapping in your Asterisk side is the same
as on your telco side.

Try one call and verify if the busy channel in your side is the same as in
your Telco Trunk Group side.

To see the CIC used in your side use this: "ss7 debug linkset x" and in the
trace verify the CIC: parameter.

To see the Telco side, ask your telco operator the CIC value used in the
current call.
