help for asterisk-ss7

Hi all:
     When i load chan_ss7.so,i get a error message like that,what is the problem!?

zaptel.conf:

bchan=1-15,17-31 # set this to 1-15,17-31 for E1
dchan=16 # set this to 16 for E
