inbound call problem

no, sorry, my dialplan looks like this

exten => _9.,1,Dial(DAHDI/3/${EXTEN:1})    ;;;this works
;exten => _9.,1,Dial(DAHDI/2/${EXTEN:1})    ;;;this not


i tried also this , but error was same

exten => _9.,1,Dial(DAHDI/${EXTEN:1})


but this is problem with outbound calls, my bigger problem are inbound
call, in some thread i read this could be problem with my dialplan
but i thing this is ok

exten => 0212345678,1,Dial(SIP/0212345678)

because if i make call from my softsip phone 0212345678 at ip_of_asterisk ,
call is made correctly
