setting the forward call indicators

Rtfc did the trick again, 


in libss7 


change 0x60 to 0x61 ... and the international bit is been set, 



static FUNC_SEND(forward_call_ind_transmit) 
{ 
parm[0] = 0x61; 
parm[1] = 0x01; 
return 2; 
}
