Ok, found out how to disable notice log entries. But I can't get my two * boxes with chan_ss7 to connect (or rather there seems
to be no available ss7 channel), the card channels seem to be in a reset state:

*CLI> ss7 linestat
Linkset: siuc>
CIC   1 Idle Reset pending
CIC   2 Idle Reset pending
[..snip..]
CIC  28 Idle Reset pending
CIC  29 Idle Reset pending
CIC  30 Idle Reset pending
CIC  31 Idle Reset pending

The HW is Digium Wildcard TE121, dahdi_scan shows:
[1]
active=yes
alarms=OK
description=Wildcard TE121 Card 0
name=WCT1/0
manufacturer=Digium
devicetype=Wildcard TE121
location=PCI Bus 08 Slot 09
basechan=1
totchans=31
irq=16
type=digital-E1
syncsrc=1
lbo=0 db (CSU)/0-133 feet (DSX-1)
coding_opts=HDB3
framing_opts=CCS,CRC4
coding=HDB3
framing=CCS

Link status is:
*CLI> ss7 link status
linkset siuc, link l1, schannel 16, sls 0, NOT_ALIGNED, rx: 0, tx: 1/4, sentseq/lastack: 127/127, total         0,   2455632

dahdi_channels.conf says:
span=1,X,0,ccs,hdb3   (X=1 on machine 1, X=0 on machine 2)
bchan=1-31

Ideas?
TIA
/Rob
