I send an call by channel number 1, and I see the audio only in one-way (RX).

Visual Audio Levels.

Use chan_dahdi.conf file to adjust the gains if needed.
( # = Audio Level * = Max Audio Hit )

So I think, the CIC mismatch is not the issue.
