Hi...

Ok Matt...but explain me if i do a "vi /var/log/asterisk/messages" ....i see chan_dahdi.c : Detected Alarm on Channel 1 : Red Alarm ...this continues till Channel 31 ...Are you still sure that its a problem from operator end cos last time when i posted the message :

That is an issue with your end.  Make sure you signalling is set to 
either mtp2 (if it's a Digium card) or dchan if it's not in 
/etc/dahdi/system.conf.
