Error starting asterisk with libss7 support

Hi Matthew,

thanks for your answer. I have compiled & installed everything according 
to your recommendations and the contents of the libss7 README. Note that 
the link is working, I just get the error message when starting * and 
would like to know what it means.

Here is the additional information you requested:
