New ss7_explicitacm feature

Sorry, got this mixed up in another thread. Even when ss7_called_nai
and ss7_calling_nai
are set to national (3) in chan_dahdi.conf it wont be passed in the
call setup and the call fails.
I can reproduce this errror. Can i get you on irc ?
