First of all, thanks for your hard work in not only finding those issues 
but also finding a fix for them.

Secondly, as Kevin mentioned in another message, please post your patch 
to the bugs.digium.com bug tracker so that it can be evaluated and 
committed.  I can't really use your patch unless it has properly gone 
through that submission process.
