No.  Not at all.  Zaptel does not include timeslot 0 in its numbering, 
so each E1 span only includes 31 Zap channels.  So Span 2 (as I 
mentioned earlier) is Zap/32-Zap/62 (not 33-63).  Your channel= line 
should only include 32-62 for the second span.  You can use the 
cicbeginswith parameter to offset for the absence of timeslot 0 in your 
config as I mentioned earlier.
