LIBSS7 channels map problem.

Zap/63 would be on the third E1 on the system.  Are you running 3 E1s in 
your SS7 setup?

Just for reference, Zap/1-Zap/31 is the first E1 and Zap/32-Zap/62 would 
be the second E1.
