It might be good to see your zaptel.conf settings.

Are you using the sample zaptel.conf and zapata.conf settings included
with asterisk 1.6 and zaptel 1.4?

If you have red or yellow alarms, you have something wrong with sangoma
or zaptel.conf settings.
