Libss7 and echo on Extensions

It sounds like you may have found a case where the echo canceller has 
not been started.  Like Daniel mentioned, there was a patch to enable it 
which he submitted.  Can you confirm whether or not you are running on 
the latest version of libss7 and Asterisk?
