Oneway and no Idle CIC's

there is no (known on this list i think) really WORKING link, a restart 
every 2 days is necessary because of oneway traffics or no Calls but many 
Idle CIC's

So, i think no link is really working, and your stack, i think it will be 
great in the future, but there a some basic feature the link does not 
understand.
