SIOS vs SIO

I have the a problem testing libss7 w ss7linktest . I receive SIO from Telco
and Send back SIOS , i this
this right , a quick check on ITU Q.781 - 1.4 shows me

PURPOSE: To check "Aligned ready" Timer T1 and "Proving period" Timer T4
(Normal)
PRE-TEST CONDITIONS: Link out of service
