fulvio:

the theoretical max for a single 64kbps signaling link is fairly high
so you'll run out of asterisk way before the link becomes the limiting
factor ..

the rest should be as per any asterisk sizing parameter (what cpu, what
codecs, what sort of dialplan, how may call setup/teardowns per second, what
else running on the box) .. so, in short ... it depends
