Format for point codes in zapata.conf

Ok, I just committed an update to chan_zap.c so that it takes point 
codes in the xxx.xxx.xxx format.  You'll need to do an svn update on 
asterisk-trunk to get the update though.  I didn't have time to test it 
though, so be sure to mention if it works or not.
