Chan_ss7 telco interconnection requirement

Several telcos (well in the UK at least), will NOT allow you to connect
to their networks unless you utilise a certified SS7 stack.

To get round this, people will use something like a Cisco with ITP
software and then stick their own SS7 bits behind the Cisco. Then you
have a Cisco certified SS7 stack connecting to the telco and all is
well.
