Reliable way to get mtp.c: Excessive poll delay !!!!

In my first attempt to use chan_ss7, I configured my E1s the same way I
configured ISDN, except for I removed crc4 correctly.

So using dchan for SS7 signalling channels cause the error.

That resulted in lots of:
 mtp.c: Excessive poll delay

So that's one more for the FAQ.
