Getting SS7.

It does not support TCAP at this time and it only supports the ITU
standard(international) not ANSI(US standard).  There are group of us
working on both versions, I am working on the ANSI version.

Is the chan_ss7 part of asterisk or an external project?  I can't seem to
find out a lot about it other than the list.  Also is TCAP supported?
