Unknown state 0x3

Anton,
Looking at the code, it could be an ISUP message
called an INF, (information request).  This message is not coded in the 
chan_ss7.so module, and the error message is a default message if, no match 
is found.  An 0x3 message type is an information message.

Not sure, but it could be this, or not......
