        Hi

Assume Agent is logged on Asterisk-1 (He is on the line (channel)
        waiting for the call).

Using ARI, how do I bridge call from Server-2 to Agent on Server 1?

You would need to create a new leg between Server-2 and Server-1 and
then create bridges on each side for each pair of channels.

"create a new leg"

How would I do that?

Use the channel origination ability to dial a (presumably) SIP call between the two servers, direct it to the appropriate place on the remote server, and bridge things.

ARI does not provide any mechanism for doing this automatically. It's up to the developer.
