As posted on blogs.digium.com today:

http://blogs.digium.com/2009/08/18/asterisk-music-on-hold-changes/

the Asterisk project has changed providers for Music-On-Hold (MOH)
content distributed with/for Asterisk. In addition to the change for
future Asterisk releases, we have also opted to rebuild historical
releases with the new MOH content, in an effort to eliminate unnecessary
distribution of the old MOH content.

This means that all Asterisk releases available on
downloads.asterisk.org have been rebuilt to include the new Opsound MOH
files, and the release branches and tags in the svn.digium.com
Subversion repository have also been changed so that any checkouts from
those tags/branches will include (or install) the new MOH files as well.

Finally, the AsteriskNOW RPMs available on packages.asterisk.org have
been rebuilt using the Opsound MOH files.

We have tried to make the changes in a relatively convenient and
painless way, but if you encounter any issues with these changes please
don't hesitate to post on the asterisk-users mailing list or create an
issue on issues.asterisk.org.

Thanks for using Asterisk!
