I would suggest that you try another host. Maybe the problem is exclusive to mod-host. Maybe it has a problem with the latest version of lilv (released early January). Last updates of freetype2 and mod-host date back to earlier last year.
... Thanks Daniel. Unfortunately, trying another host isn't feasible, since I am blind and thus the CLI is the most viable alternative. But, now there is an explanation and maybe mod-host/lilv will follow suit soon.
