I have Arch on two desktops PCs. There was a delay of a few seconds
opening a web page in one of them. Not sure it this is related to the
OP message. Inspired by the previous message I disabled and enabled
the network manager by unticking and ticking the "Enable Networking"
menu iterm in the Network Manager tray applet. The delay appears to
have gone away. I could be mistaken, as the delay is small, so it
could be just random effects and not a problem.

Anyway, if I see it happen again I might start Wireshark to see if
there is anything obvious that could explain it.

My desktops are up to date.
