Hi,

"pacman -Qo /a/path/to/a/file" shows if a file belongs to a package.

For example:

   • rocketmouse@archlinux ~
   $ pacman -Qo /etc/profile.d/utf8.sh
   error: No package owns /etc/profile.d/utf8.sh
   • rocketmouse@archlinux ~
   $ pacman -Qo /usr/bin/bash
   /usr/bin/bash is owned by bash 5.2.037-1

Regards,
Ralf
