The 6.11 mainline kernel releases are usually not moved to the stable
repositories, instead most of the time the first stable gets pushed to
the repos.

The next stable is to be expected around today [0], so most likely after
that the 6.11.1 kernel will make it to the repo once the packagers have
time.
