Let me guess, you're running a 3rd party ffmpeg? If you run out of repo
packages, it's up to you to rebuild them.
That’s definitively it. Discord, Telegram are electron apps, that
depends on ffmpeg, that depends on both libjxl, libvpx… I was going to
reply about ffmpeg too.
