For these coredumps to be useful one typically has got to have the debugging versions installed.
You can get started here https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Debugging/Getting_traces although other steps may be needed to get a usable coredump.
As to where to report the coredumps, when you have useful ones, that would generally be upstream yes.
