You downloaded the ISO, but the ISO doesn't really have any bearing on what gets installed when you set up the system, it always downloads and installs the latest packages. 6.6.5 was just released hours ago and isn't in the repos yet, 6.6.4 is. If you're asking if you can update the ISO, no you cannot.
