Question regarding the inclusion of plasma 6 alpha in kde-unstable

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

Recently I noticed that the kde-unstable official repository started to include some packages from plasma 6 alpha (https://archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&repo=KDE-Unstable&q=&maintainer=&flagged=). However, currently the wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Official_repositories#kde-unstable) states that

> This repository contains the latest beta or Release Candidate of KDE Plasma and Applications.

So this inclusion of alpha packages might be a bit unexpected to users.

Should the wiki be modified to reflect the fact that it might also include alpha versions of packages? I do not want to make that change before making sure that I am not misrepresenting the ``official'' policy, or the agreed upon policy by the community.

Thanks for all the hard work!

Best,

Yifan
