Got two client installations updated 31.05.2023 and 01.06.2023. One
connects to to very old OpenWRT, second to year-old dnsmasq on arch linux.
No issues.

After an off-list-suggestion, I am restarting dhcpcd from a cron.hourly
script, until I find more time to investigate (or not...).
