So far for all the things I've tested, starting with my own code, its
working really well. And noticeably faster - one tool runs in half the time!
It has brought to my attention that there's still 'things' which have
not yet upgraded to use the standard 'pyproject.toml' approach for
packaging.
Have not found anything (yet!) which is not working.
