Damn good idea.

  I'll investigate. In the past, mixing glibc versions was never a good idea, but so long as you can segregate the build environments, that may be a solution.

  But then we may run into a kernel-module/kernel glibc complaint? Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it.
