Honestly, I've never seen any obfuscated emails in the AUR.
The people I know that obfuscate usually throw a bunch of random characters in to stop spam bots. It's really not that hard to copy, paste, and remove a few characters. Might be more of a nuisance with a disability. It just sounds like it takes more operations to edit the text.
