You could try to change that line 105

File "/usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/ffado/mixer/saffire_base.py", line 105, in updateValues
    ctrl.setValue(vol)

into ctrl.setValue(int(vol))

Maybe open a bug report at Arch libffado and/or ffado.org
