archlinux.org/pacman/pacman.conf.5.html from Aug-2019

The time stamp at the bottom of
https://archlinux.org/pacman/pacman.conf.5.html is Aug-2019. The way I 
understand pacman v6 conf, there are some changes. Such as retiring 
TotalDownload. I haven't checked if there are differences with other files 
at the site. Is updating pacman.conf.5.html already scheduled?
