There are posts from you in the archive on a pacman issue. If you aren't receiving new list messages in general, which are sent out after all by the mailing list's SMTP server, I suggest you talk to your email hoster if the Arch servers got blacklisted and the emails subsequently bounced, or you can check for yourself if the Arch server IPs have landed on a DNSBL. This is not uncommon in email hoster land, especially if email doesn't come from a high-impact IP address range like Google's or Microsoft's; DNSBLs are often quick to enlist ranges, sometimes for no intelligble reason (I had lots of fun with TrendMicro's DNSBL a few years back).
