So your computer cannot find the repositories. The easiest way to get updates with your current setup is to look at the first entry in your /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist. Get the server host.domain.tld and go to a working computer and type 'ping host.domain.tld' and get the IP address. Then in your /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist, replace host.domain.tld with the actual IP address. Or you could just downgrade glibc to 2.24... or use LTS until the bug is fixed. -- David C.
